Walking and bike tours in the historical centre of Lucca. Guided tours to discover the amazing period villas scattered in Lucca's countryside. Guided tours of the medieval small town of Barga (designated as "one of the most beautiful hamlets of Italy") and Castelnuovo Garfagnana, as well as Pietrasanta ("the little Athens" of the Versilia, close to the sea).
My long experience in tourism (first as a travel agent, then a tour leader and tourist guide) and being a native from Lucca makes me the perfect guide to show you the beauties my town and the surrounding area have to offer.
Whether you prefer to visit the historical centre by bike or on foot you will not leave from here unsatisfied!
Lucca is well known as "the town of one hundred churches", but obviously has much more: imposing towers, picturesque squares and alleys, refined palaces and above all a great circle of walls dating back to the Renaissance where to go all over surrounded by lush trees!
And if you like to discover its province as well, fascinating small towns are at hand!
