Cape Peninsula specialist. Cape of Good Hope Nat.Park, False Bay. Boulders Beach, Stellenbosch winelands. Hermanus Whale Route, Cape Agulhas, West Coast Nat.Park/Langebaan Lagoon.
Originally from Chicago, I came to South Africa before Nelson Mandela\'s release from prison and witnessed the transformation of a nation. I\'ve lived and worked in Durban, Johannesburg, the Free State, the Wild Coast, Garden Route, West Coast & Namaqualand, and spent 10 years as a video movie sales rep travelling throughout Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. Now I\'m enjoying life in one of the world\'s most spectacular, vibrant, yet laid-back cities. Historically & culturally rich, scenic beyond words, awesome beaches & birdlife, wild-life reserves & parks and home to the Big 5, whales & sharks and penguins, and a sportsperson\'s paradise for every sport under the sun (except skiing.) For the first time visitor I offer easy-paced private tours of all the Cape Peninsula\'s main attractions, and more detailed in-depth journeys to my secret favourite destinations for the more curious return travellers.

OTHER LANGUAGES: Spent a year in Japan teaching English and learnt a bit of Japanese. High School German and university French.
