Istanbul, once upon a time the capital of two great empires, has always been a popular destination for travelers. Every traveler is unique, each has different interests, backgrounds and culture. I offer private tours designed for individuals according to their interests. Nevertheless, there are must- sees for every itinerary. I design and conduct my tours oriented to each person; I am also flexible in making changes on the spot whenever possible. Istanbul offers such a variety that sometimes going to a different neighborhood makes you feel as if you are in another country. Rather than being captured in tourist traps, I want my guests to capture the soul of Istanbul. Follow me, to have an unforgettable Istanbul experience, rather than being a tourist, be an Istanbulite during your stay in Istanbul. I 'd rather not give a scheduled itinerary without getting to know you and discussing it with you. Nevertheless, hereunder you will find some sample itineraries and places of interest so that you can have an idea and we can discuss and design your travel together.
I was born in Çanakkale, Dardanelles, very close to ancient Troy. I was fascinated by mythology, history and literature since my childhood and so I studied “American Culture and Literature” at Istanbul University. After my graduation I took the exams of Ministry of Culture and Tourism to be an official tour guide so I could combine my interests with traveling. I received my guiding license in 1997 and since then I have been guiding all around the country and internationally . During the years, I have attended certificate programs and seminars on history, religion, art history, architecture, archeology and etc. Learning is a never ending journey.

Other than traveling, yoga is a big part of my life. I was introduced to yoga as I was traveling in Thailand, in Chiang Mai in 2007. After my first class, I knew that I wanted yoga to be in my life. In the following years I chose to deepen my practice by joining Teacher Training programs and workshops of international teachers. I am a student on the path of yoga, and I hope always to be. Because I love sharing my experiences and knowledge with other students to deepen my practice and others' practice I give yoga and meditation classes in Istanbul.
