Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 – Arrive Casablanca & Travel to Rabat

Arrive in Casablanca and meet with your guide and driver and transfer to your hotel in Rabat Overnight Rabat

DAY 2 – Rabat morning city tour and travel to Tangier

This morning, take a city tour of Rabat. Rabat is the political capital of morocco and second largest city . Visit the Royal Palace and the ancient ruins of Challah, a city that traces its origins to the Romans and to the carthaginisas. Continue to visit the Udaya Kasbah, and the Hassan Tower. stop for lunch . depart for TANGIER. Arrive tangier and Overnight.

DAY 3 – Tangier discovery

This morning take a tour of Tangier. The city has been Europe’s gateway to Africa for centuries. Its mixture of international and cross-cultural influences is unique in Morocco. Visit the Tangier American legation, It is the only American national historic landmark outside the U.S. Experience the atmosphere of the grand Socco and the petit Socco , Tangier’s famous markets, then continue to Cap Spartel and the cave of Hercules Overnight: Tangier

DAY 4 –Tangier-Tetouan-Chefchaouen

Join Tétouan by the coastline road through Ksar Sghir and Fnidek . arrive Tétouan and discover the daughter of grenada. Stop for lunch then drive to Chefchaouen .Enjoy an afternoon city tour of Chefchaouen known as “The Blue Pearl” is painted in blue, a custom that dates back to the 15th century, when a group of Andalusian escaping the Spanish Inquisition settled in Chefchaouen. They brought along the tradition of painting the buildings in blue. overnight Chefchaouen

DAY 5- Chefchaouen- Volubilis-Meknes-Fez

Depart Chefchaouen to fez. En route, stop to visit ancient ruins of volubilis where you will get a chance to see the well preserved mosaics. Continue to Meknes after arrival visit the imperial city of Meknes, visit the royal stable and then stop at the gate Bab el Mansour. Then continue with the wonderful landscapes of Morocco’s countryside then arrive to fez, check in and overnight.

DAY 6. Full day in Fez

Enjoy a full-day tour with your expert guide, private driver and vehicle. Fes is the oldest Medina in Morocco. It is the cultural, the spiritual, and the culinary capital .you will visit the many hidden treasures of the medina that only a Moroccan guide will show you. Fez served as the first capital of Morocco in the ninth century and is home to the University Al Quaraouiyyine, the oldest university in the world. It is famous for its tanneries. Visit the Attarine Medersa, pass by Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and visit the Nejjarine Museum and discover the Nejjarine square . Finally, view the exterior of the Royal Palace and walk through the oldest Jewish quarter of fez and discover the Ibn Danan Synagogue. Overnight: Fez

DAY 7 – Fez – Errachidia-Erfoud

Early start suggested. (Total driving time today is approximately 9 hours to Erfoud . This will be a long driving and touring day. After breakfast, depart for Erfoud via the cedar forest of the middle Atlas Mountains, passing by Ifrane, a charming ski resort. Continue to Erfoud via Er-Rachidia and the Ziz Valley. Arrive to Erfoud hotel in the late afternoon. Overnight Erfoud

DAY 8 – Rissani-Merzouga

This morning, depart to explore the small city of Rissani, on the edge of the Sahara. En route, stop at a fossil factory to learn more about the geological history of the region through its Fossils . Upon arrival to Rissani, stop at the ancient ruins of sijilmassa , once a caravans trading city. Tour the lively souk and stop at an eighteenth century Ksar. Start a full day 4×4 excursion to the sand dunes of Merzouga. On the way stop in an oasis where lunch is Included then continue to the sand dunes. After arrival check in your tent and start your camel ride to the sand dunes to assist to the Sunset ( Sunset depends on weather

DAY 9 – Merzouga- Erfoud –Tinghir- Ouarzazate

This morning, drive back to Erfoud where you will meet your guide and driver and continue your journey to Tinghir via Mellab and Tinjdad. Stop to visit the magnificent Todgha canyons reaching some three hundred meters (900feet) high and continuing for one hundred meters (300 feet), after a brief stop in the Todgha Canyons, continue to Ouarzazate via the road of the thousand Kasbahs and the Dades Valley, famous for its roses and it’s Rose Festival. Before reaching Ouarzazate, you will drive by Skoura, one of Morocco’s beautiful oases. Continue to Ouarzazate and arrive at the hotel later this evening. Overnight Ouarzazate

DAY 10- Ouarzazate and travel to Marrakesh

Enjoy a city tour of Ouarzazate, a desert city at the gates of the Sahara. Your tour includes the visit of the Kasbah Taourirt, an impressive structure that was built as a Residence of the Glaoui family, then drive to visit Ait Benhaddou, a Unesco World Heritage Site where movies such as Gladiator and Jesus of Nazareth were filmed. This afternoon travel to Marrakesh via the dramatic Tichka Pass, offering an impressive landscapes of the Atlas Mountains. Overnight: Marrakesh

DAY 11 – Marrakesh city tour

Enjoy a full day tour of the city. Your tour will start at the twelfth century Koutoubia Minaret, the Koutoubia is considered to be the landmark and the Eiffel tower of Marrakesh and it dominates the skyline of the city. Visit the Saadian Tombs, dating back to the 16th century, where Saadian royal family found their final rest. Continue to the nineteenth century Bahia Palace. Finally, end the morning tour by walking through the medina, getting a chance to admire all of the different artisans working in their small shops before arriving at the Djemaa el Fna Square. After lunch enjoy a visit to the Majorelle gardens and then visit the Berber museum located in the old home of the painter Majorelle. Overnight: Marrakesh

DAY 12- The high Atlas

Today enjoy a full day excursion to the high Atlas. Discover one of the most visited valleys of morocco, the Ourika Valley. Hike in a Berber village and visit a Berber family and enjoy a cup of tea while learning about the tea ceremony. Continue discovering the valley. Stop for lunch by the river. After lunch drive back to Marrakesh. The rest of the day is at Leisure. Overnight Marrakesh

DAY -13 Marrakesh-Essaouira

Essaouira, is located 170 kilometers (105 miles) west of Marrakesh, its medina is a Unesco World Heritage Site and is an excellent example of a fortified North African town. It is in total contrast to Marrakesh, the pace of life is relaxed and slow. Stop at fishing port with its blue colored boats then continue to moulay el Hassan square then walk along the city’s ramparts where local artists sell their paintings. Continue on to the Skala de la Ville, which is a fortification built along the cliffs that defended the city from sea attacks, but now provides visitors with a unique view on the Atlantic ocean. Explore the many souks in the medina, including the spice and jewelry souks. Return to Marrakesh and Overnight .

DAY 14 – Marrakesh-Casablanca

This morning, travel to Casablanca, the biggest city of morocco and the business and financial capital of Morocco. Upon arrival, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Casablanca, including a visit of the Hassan II Mosque. Continue to the Corniche seaside. Discover the museum of Moroccan Judaism, the museum is the first of its kind in the Arab world. visit the Mohamed V Square, notre Dame de Lourdes Cathedral. continue to the Habbous district and finally stop at the Mohammed V square Overnight: Casablanca

DAY 15- Depart Morocco
