A basic account is free. You can upgrade to a Premium subscription for additional features if needed.

Click “My account” (top‑right) and choose “Register as a guide.” Fill out the form and upload documents confirming your qualifications. After registration, your profile becomes visible to users.

Enter the name manually during registration—it will appear in the list after you finish.

Available with a Premium subscription. Open “My tours,” select the tour, then click “Edit” or “Delete.”

Visible with a Premium subscription. Initial contact goes through the messaging system. Travelers can message you via the icon on your guide or tour page (login required).

Your profile appears in the guides catalog. In addition, your profile page is indexed by search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) and may appear in search results.

Your profile may be too brief and poorly indexed. The “What I offer” block affects search visibility. Aim for ~250–300 characters with informative text and relevant keywords.

Complete the profile (education, experience, specialization), upload license scans, and add a quality photo—this increases trust and conversions.

In the GuidesFinder catalog, when any filter is applied, guides with a Premium subscription and active guides with a basic account are shown higher.

Go to “My account” → “Profile details” and update your information.

Upload your license in “Public information.” Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP (up to 2 MB).

Click “Forgot your password?”, enter your email, and follow the link to reset it.

You can’t delete it yourself. Message us and we’ll remove it. Important: data cannot be restored after deletion!
