Confined to a wheelchair, I can only walk 2-3 meters, and expect to visit Israel October 14-21, 2023 arriving round-trip via El Al and lodging at Sheraton Tel Aviv. A convert to Judaism upon my first marriage in 1968 and participation as a U.S. Navy officer in the Vietnam War I seek a private tour guide (not a group) to visit, during partial day trips, Yad Hashem, view Western Wall, visit Masada and Dead Sea overview, experience the sights from Golan Heights and West Bank overview, and visit Hebron. My interests include a tiny amount common Biblical history of the Abrahamic Tradition, history of the foundation of Eretz Yisrael culminating in Israel’s seven wars since its establishment, including the War of Independence, the Six Day War, the Yom Kippur War--especially the conflict over the West Bank expansion.
