4. Role and Responsibility of GuidesFinder
GuidesFinder is a platform for finding tourism service providers and enabling direct interaction between users and tourism service providers. GuidesFinder is not an employer, travel agency, tour operator, intermediary, or party to agreements between users.
GuidesFinder does not organize tours, provide tourism services, participate in negotiations between users, determine cooperation terms, or control the fulfillment of agreements between users.
GuidesFinder is not responsible for the actions or omissions of tourism service providers, the quality of services provided by them, safety, qualifications, accuracy of information, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Tourism service providers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, or other documents required under the laws of the country where their services are provided.
GuidesFinder performs moderation of profiles, user content, and documents submitted by tourism service providers. Such moderation or review is intended to support the quality and safety of the platform but does not constitute a guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or legality of published information, nor does it constitute a guarantee of the quality of services, qualifications of tourism service providers, or their compliance with applicable laws.
GuidesFinder is not involved in payments for tourism services. All financial transactions between users and tourism service providers are conducted directly between the parties without the involvement of the platform.
GuidesFinder does not accept advance payments for tourism services, process payments for such services, charge commissions on tourism services, or participate in refunds related to agreements between users.
GuidesFinder is not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, damages, or any other consequences arising from interactions between users. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
5. Paid Services
Registration on GuidesFinder is free of charge.
Tourism service providers may create a basic free profile on the platform.
GuidesFinder may offer paid services, including Premium Account subscriptions, advertising opportunities, and other additional features.
Premium Account is provided for the selected and paid subscription period. During that period, users receive access to the Premium features described on the website.
Paid GuidesFinder services are separate from payments related to tourism services between users and tourism service providers.
Premium Account does not guarantee bookings, inquiries, messages, reservations, or income.
Payments for paid GuidesFinder services are securely processed through the payment service specified on the checkout page. Information regarding payments, invoices, and possible refunds is provided during the checkout process and is governed by the GuidesFinder Refund Policy, the rules of the payment service provider, and applicable law.
Unless otherwise provided by the GuidesFinder Refund Policy or applicable law, paid services are non-refundable.
6. Messaging System and Contact Information
The GuidesFinder messaging system is intended for communication between users within the platform.
GuidesFinder may use automated filters to detect, restrict, hide, or block the transmission of contact information through the messaging system, including phone numbers, email addresses, messenger links, social media accounts, websites, and other contact methods.

By publishing information, photographs, videos, service descriptions, language information, pricing, contact details, or other materials, users confirm that they have the right to publish such materials and that their publication does not violate the rights of third parties.
Tourism service providers agree that information from their profiles may be publicly displayed on the GuidesFinder website for visitors and users of the platform.
GuidesFinder reserves the right to moderate, edit, hide, or remove user content that violates these Terms of Use, applicable law, or platform rules.
8. Personal Data, Photos, and Media
By registering and publishing a profile on GuidesFinder, users consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the GuidesFinder Privacy Policy.
