For many years I travelled the world, working in Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Italy and the Far East.
I also worked as Casino Manager for Spielcasinos Austria aboard Windstar's "Wind Spirit" and "Wind Song" and aboard Cunard's "Sea Goddess".
In 1992 I returned to my home city of Manchester where I opened Manchester's 1st BackPackers Hostel.
I am an Arthur Murray trained Dance Instructor, and I have worked for Saga Holidays as a Cruise Escort.
I am qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with Psychotherapy, a Sports Therapist, a Massage Therapist, an Aromatherapist, a Reflexologist and I hold an NVQ2 in Catering.
In 2012 I qualified as a Green Badge Guide for North East Wales and in 2015 I qualified as a Blue Badge Guide for the whole of Wales.
In 2015 I completed a Foundation Degree in Professional Tour Guiding with Cardiff Metropolitan University.
I am a Walk Leader and yoga practitioner.
