I am an experienced qualified guide, born & bred in South Africa. I know every corner of this country like the back of my hand and love nothing more than to share my knowledge and passion with visitors to South Africa. I specialize in Game Reserve Safaris but am equally comfortable with any specific requirements a client may have. My inter-personal skills are excellent and I am able to converse and get along with just about everybody! I love being with people and also learn from them - that's how we grow as Humans and become better and more tolerant people. Iam equally comfortable in English & Afrikaans, which I hope will be of benefit, especially to potential Dutch visitors to our beautiful country!
Ek is n 67 jaar oud afgetreede besigheidsman wat jare terug besluit het om n ander rigting in my lewe te neem. Ek besluit toe in 2009 om n natuur gids te word en het my FGASA (toerisme) sertifikaat n paar maande later gekry. Die nauur is my groot liefde en ek ken al die Wildtuine in Suid Afrika baie goed, veral hier in die Noordelike hoek van KwaZulu Natal, Suid Afrika. Ek bly en werk van uit St. Lucia en baie van my safaris word in die Umfolozi/Hluhluwe en Isimangaliso (Greater St.Lucia) Wetlands Park reservate uitgevoer. My agtergrond is in besigheid met die gevolg dat ek baie gemaklik met mense is en besef hoe belangerik dit is om hulle op hulle gemak to stel. My ouderdom is vir my n voordeel en nie n nadeel nie. Ek is fiks, gesond en sien uit daarna om jou gids te wees indien jy n vakansie Suid Afrika toe oorweeg.
