Hello! My name is Persefoni, and I am a licensed tour guide based in Thessaloniki, Greece. My journey into guiding has been shaped by a deep love for history, archaeology, and human connection. Though my academic background began in finance—having earned two bachelor’s degrees in the field—my true passion led me to a different path, one that allows me to share the rich history and cultural heritage of Greece with travelers from around the world.

I studied archaeology and history at the School of Guides, and today, I offer private and group tours in Thessaloniki, Vergina, Pella, Kavala, and Meteora.

One of the things I love most about my work is the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and cultures. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, making my tours accessible to a wide range of travelers. My Spanish skills were honed during my time in Murcia, Spain, where I participated in the Erasmus program.

Beyond history and travel, I have a strong interest in psychology. I have studied the Gestalt method, as well as the Systemic Constellation method developed by Bert Hellinger, which explores family dynamics and human relationships. This knowledge enriches my interactions with people and helps me create deeper connections with my tour groups. I believe that understanding different perspectives, emotions, and cultural influences allows me to offer more meaningful and engaging experiences.
