On land, I do not cook for guests, but I guide, narrate, and immerse participants in the stories behind gastronomy, wine, and tradition, promoting local culture and heritage.

On a sailing boat, I combine hands-on cooking with storytelling, engaging guests in preparing dishes while sharing the history, culture, and secrets of the ingredients and territory.
