I'm an outdoor guide offering Mindtrek®, a fusion of hiking and meditation, in locations ranging from the Alps to the Himalayas.
In addition to having an M.Sc. in neuroscience and contemplative practices, I have over 20 years of experience as an anthropologist in the Tibetan-Himalayan region. I am an AIGAE trekking guide and a certified MBSR instructor.
The book "Mindtrek" was written by me and released in Italy by RCS. Because of my experience, I work as a travel designer and guide for leading Italian tour operators.
