I am a wildlife guid working in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and East africa. I organise a lead wildlife trips and photo safaris.
I have worked in the field of wildlife management and nature tourism for the past 32 years. My interest in wildlife was ignited during my childhood, when I spent summers in the Melghat Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra. Later, I worked as a naturalist for the World Wildlife Fund in Pune, and then spent six years living and working as a naturalist in Kanha National Park.

As a naturalist and photographer, I have traveled extensively across India’s tiger and elephant habitats—exploring both the famous safari circuits and many lesser-known wilderness areas. Whether I’m guiding wildlife groups, diving in coral reefs, or skiing in the Himalayas, I feel at home in all terrains.

Photography has always been a passion of mine, and a few years ago I fulfilled a childhood dream by visiting Africa’s Masai Mara. In 2017, I also had the chance to use my conservation and wildlife knowledge during a month-long expedition through the rainforests of northeast India. My inquisitive nature and eagerness to learn have helped me grow as a naturalist, and I take pride in keeping my guests engaged and spellbound with stories from the wild.

When I’m not immersed in conservation work, I love introducing people to what I believe is the most fascinating wildlife landscape anywhere—India’s tiger land. I also believe that urban life has distanced people from nature, and I feel strongly that reconnecting people with the natural world is essential to fostering awareness and conservation.
