I work as a tour guide in the North-West of Azerbaijan,Şheki-Zakatala region.I mainly work in my native town Sheki,which 2500-2600 years old.Sheki is located on the foothills of the Greater Caucasus Mountains and is famous for its historical places, cuisine, refreshments,silk, landscapes,flora and fauna and hospitable and friendly people.Tourist will see old mosques,Şəki Khan's palace,Karavansaray,The Shekikhanovs House,Kish Albanian Temple in Kish village and so on.

• My full name is Tural Salamov and was born on 25.03.1980 in Sheki city. In 1996-1997, I studied at secondary school No. 20 in Sheki city. In 1997-2001, I graduated from the Mingachevir city branch of the Academic Center of the San Marino International Academy of Sciences. In 2001-2002, I served in the military unit of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 2003-2017, I worked as an English teacher at secondary school No. 11 in Sheki city. From 2003 to the present, I have been working as an English teacher at the secondary school No. 17 in Sheki city. At the same time, since 2018, I have been working as an English teacher at Kish village secondary school No. 4 in Sheki city. In 2008-2013, I worked as a project coordinator at the Azerbaijani branch of Transparency International. I worked as a project coordinator/director of the Sheki regional office of the Transparency Azerbaijan Anti-Corruption Organization, which worked with financial support of OSCE and USAID and several embassies.

• In 2007, I graduated from Project Harmony, Community Connections, Youth and Sports Development Program in San Diego, California, USA.

• In 2014-2016, I was a board member of the American Alumni Association (AAA).

• I have been practicing Shotokan Karate Do since 1993. In 1997, I was awarded the Black Belt I Dan degree by meeting the International Mastery Standard, and in 2022, I was awarded the II Dan degree. In 2003, I brought the Shito-Ryu Karate Do to the city of Sheki and developed it. I have won a number of competitions. My main achievements were a two-times Republican champion, a bronze medal at the II Eurasian Championship held in Moscow, Russian Federation in 2005, a gold medal at the World Championship held in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia, and silver medals among 35-45 year old veteran karate players at the Baku Open International Tournament held in Baku in 2018, 2019, 2020. I have trained many patriotic and perdpective athletes. My students have achieved success in republican and international competitions. I currently work as a coach and referee of the National Karate Federation.

• In 2020-2021, I was a graduate of the online ELT (English Language Teachers) and ELT (TOT) program of the University of North Carolina, USA, and a participant in the Baku 2022 ELT Summer Conference.

•I have participated in many tourism events. One of them was the "Tourism Summit 2019" held in Baku.

I really like traveling and communicating with people from different cultures and learning their cultures and values.

I have traveled to the cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Georgia, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Poland, the Kingdom of Norway, and the United States and Israel.
