Hi, I'm Andreas, and I've fallen in love with South Africa. Not just a little, but completely;
with the vastness of its landscapes, the light over the Atlantic, the roads winding along the cliffs, and above all with the people of this incredible country. Since September 2025 I've been sharing this passion with my guests as a guide, and every tour feels like a small adventure to me.
Picture us driving Chapman's Peak Drive together, cliffs soaring into the sky on one side, plunging into the deep blue ocean on the other. We stop wherever the view takes your breath away and take time to soak it in. Or we follow Clarence Drive along False Bay, to me one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world, with views you won't forget anytime soon.
In winter and spring we head to Hermanus, where Southern Right whales sometimes surface just metres from the shore. When a whale breaches right in front of you, you'll understand why I love this job.
But the Western Cape is more than the ocean. I'll show you the fynbos, the smallest yet richest floral kingdom on Earth, full of proteas, ericas and plants found nowhere else. And the quiet, rugged renosterveld landscapes that many visitors overlook, yet have so many stories to tell. Heading north, we explore the golden Swartland and the Berg River, where wheat fields, vineyards and small villages reveal a different, more authentic South Africa. And if you like it wild, I'll take you into the spectacular Swartberg mountains.
And then, of course, there's the wine. The Cape is one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world, and I'll take you right into its heart;
Stellenbosch with its historic oak-lined streets, Franschhoek, the gourmet valley framed by mighty mountains, and Constantia, where wine has been made for more than 300 years. We visit stunning wine farms, taste outstanding wines and enjoy life the way it's done here at the Cape: relaxed, warm-hearted and with a view of the mountains.
What can you expect from me?
A guide who is genuinely excited to be out there with you. I don't do cookie-cutter tours. I don't want you to just tick off sights; I want you to truly feel South Africa with its colours, its scents, its stories and its people. I'm happy to tailor every tour to you, whether you're a nature lover, a wine enthusiast, a photographer or simply curious about this country.
So pack your curiosity and come along. I can't wait to show you my South Africa!
Yours, Andreas
