I offer guided walking tours as well as private driver-guide tours in my comfortable minibus for up to seven passengers. I hold the required passenger transport permit, and my vehicle is fully licensed for commercial passenger transportation.
My tours focus on history, architecture, urban development, nature in the city, major construction projects and sustainability in Stuttgart. We can also explore the city using public transport—for example, travelling on Stuttgart’s famous cogwheel railway before continuing to the Television Tower.
For larger groups, I provide a professional tour-guide audio system with headsets for up to 40 participants. If required, I can also arrange a suitable coach.
And one last thing: people say I am a funny guy—and in my opinion, without a little fun, there is no truly memorable tour!
Seit 1995 ist es meine Leidenschaft, Gästen Stuttgart und seine Umgebung näherzubringen. 27 Jahre lang arbeitete ich außerdem als selbständiger Taxifahrer in Stuttgart und bildete mich aus dieser Tätigkeit heraus zum Stadtführer weiter – denn wer kennt eine Stadt besser als ein Taxifahrer?
Ich kenne Stuttgart und die gesamte Region sehr genau und kann nicht nur viel über Geschichte, Architektur und Stadtentwicklung erzählen, sondern auch zahlreiche Geschichten über die Stuttgarter selbst.
27 Jahre lang war ich als offizieller Stadtführer für die Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH tätig; heute arbeite ich vollständig unabhängig. Durch umfangreiche Zusatzausbildungen bin ich außerdem für Führungen durch Schlösser und Museen, über Baustellen sowie auf dem Stuttgarter Fernsehturm qualifiziert.
Besonders gerne zeige ich meinen Gästen auch die grüne Seite Stuttgarts: das berühmte „Grüne U“ mit seinen miteinander verbundenen Parkanlagen, die Wälder rund um die Stadt und natürlich die Stuttgarter Weinberge.
Since 1995, it has been my passion to introduce visitors to Stuttgart and its surrounding region. I also worked as a self-employed taxi driver in Stuttgart for 27 years and developed from this profession into a qualified city guide—after all, who knows a city better than a taxi driver?
I know Stuttgart and the entire region extremely well. In addition to its history, architecture and urban development, I can also share many entertaining stories about the people of Stuttgart themselves.
For 27 years, I worked as an official city guide for Stuttgart Marketing; today, I operate completely independently. I have also completed extensive additional training for guided tours of castles and museums, major construction sites and Stuttgart’s Television Tower.
Depuis 1995, ma passion est de faire découvrir Stuttgart et sa région à mes visiteurs. J’ai également travaillé pendant 27 ans comme chauffeur de taxi indépendant à Stuttgart, avant de me former au métier de guide de la ville – après tout, qui connaît mieux une ville qu’un chauffeur de taxi ?
Je connais très bien Stuttgart et toute sa région. Outre l’histoire, l’architecture et le développement urbain, je peux également raconter de nombreuses anecdotes sur les Stuttgartois eux-mêmes.
Pendant 27 ans, j’ai travaillé comme guide officiel pour Stuttgart Marketing ; aujourd’hui, j’exerce mon activité en toute indépendance. J’ai également suivi de nombreuses formations complémentaires pour proposer des visites guidées de châteaux, de musées, de grands chantiers ainsi que de la tour de télévision de Stuttgart.

Desde 1995, mi pasión es mostrar Stuttgart y sus alrededores a visitantes de todo el mundo. También trabajé durante 27 años como taxista autónomo en Stuttgart y, a partir de esta profesión, me formé como guía de la ciudad. Al fin y al cabo, ¿quién conoce mejor una ciudad que un taxista?
Conozco muy bien Stuttgart y toda la región. Además de su historia, arquitectura y desarrollo urbano, puedo contar numerosas anécdotas sobre los propios habitantes de Stuttgart.
Durante 27 años trabajé como guía oficial para Stuttgart Marketing; actualmente trabajo de manera completamente independiente. También cuento con una amplia formación adicional para realizar visitas guiadas a castillos y museos, grandes obras de construcción y la Torre de Televisión de Stuttgart.
Me gusta especialmente mostrar el lado verde de Stuttgart: la famosa «U Verde», formada por una serie de parques conectados entre sí, así como los bosques que rodean la ciudad y, por supuesto, los hermosos viñedos de Stuttgart.
