Licensed tourist guide offering walking tours in Madrid’s historic center, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Toledo, and major monuments. Also guiding in Segovia, including the Alcázar. Tours available in Bosnian, Czech, Croatian, Serbian, and English, tailored to clients’ needs.
Originally from Sarajevo, my journey has been shaped by living, studying, and working across several European cities. I spent important years in Prague, in the Czech Republic, where I studied at Charles University, one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Europe. During that time, I developed not only my academic background but also a deep appreciation for Central European history, architecture, and culture. Living in Prague allowed me to engage with a vibrant international environment and refine my language skills, which later became a key part of my professional path.

After Prague, I moved to London in the United Kingdom, where I completed my master’s degree. London offered a completely different perspective—dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced. There, I further expanded my understanding of global tourism, heritage interpretation, and communication, while interacting daily with people from all over the world. This experience strengthened my adaptability and reinforced my passion for working in an international setting.

Today, I feel truly privileged to call Madrid my home. What was once an office-based routine has transformed into a much more inspiring daily life, where my “workplace” is the city itself—its beautiful streets, historic neighborhoods, parks, museums, and monuments. Madrid constantly offers new perspectives, and I enjoy sharing its rich history and vibrant culture with visitors. Each tour is not just about facts and dates, but about creating meaningful experiences and connections with the places we explore.

Working in multiple languages has given me the unique opportunity to meet people from diverse cultural backgrounds. This is one of the greatest benefits of working in tourism: every day brings new stories, perspectives, and interactions. I believe that guiding is not only about providing information, but also about creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere where visitors feel connected to the destination.

My goal is always to offer personalized, insightful, and enjoyable tours that adapt to the needs and interests of each group or individual. Whether it’s a deep dive into art at the Prado, a walk through the historic streets of Madrid, a visit to Toledo’s rich heritage, or an excursion to Segovia’s iconic landmarks, I aim to make every experience memorable and authentic.
