Regarding the itinerary, it is a bit ambitious because the famous waterfalls in this region (Shiraito Falls) are about a 1-hour drive from Shimizu Port. However, since we will have a private vehicle, we can definitely make it work within the 8-hour timeframe (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) if we keep a good pace.
Here is a proposed schedule that covers all their requests:

08:00 AM: Pick up at Shimizu Port (Celebrity Millennium).
09:15 AM - 10:00 AM: Visit Shiraito Falls (beautiful waterfalls at the foothills of Mt. Fuji).
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Take the Nihondaira Ropeway up to Kunozan Toshogu Shrine (great spots for Mt. Fuji views).
12:30 PM - 01:30 PM: Quick local lunch in the area.
02:00 PM - 02:45 PM: Stroll through Miho no Matsubara (the famous pine tree forest along the coast).
03:15 PM - 03:45 PM: Visit Koshiba Shrine for a peaceful local cultural experience.
04:00 PM: Drop off back at Shimizu Port in time for the 5:00 PM departure.
Since this is a fully private and customizable tour, we are totally flexible. If they want to spend more time at a specific location on the day of the tour, we can easily adjust the schedule on the fly.
